3. Data collection, processing objectives and legitimation
In the different form in the website, the necessary data that must be provided to proceed will be indicated. The interested party is once again reminded that the refusal to provide them entails the impossibility of using some functionality of the website.
By providing the data indicated in the forms, the interested party authorizes ONE POOL to use them for the purposes indicated below.
Needless to say that it is the responsibility of the user to provide exact and true data, as well as to communicate any change or modification thereof.
The purposes of collecting personal data are as follows:
a) To provide information to ONE POOL for the purpose of conducting surveys, statistics, activity records, etc.
b) Remission of commercial information related at all times with the products created, produced or distributed by ONE POOL. Any other commercial information for a purpose other than the aforementioned will require a form expressly completed and signed by the client.
The legal basis for the processing of this data is to guarantee the optimal development of ONE SPORTS TV website, as well as the enjoyment of its services by the interested user.

In accordance with the provisions of the LOPDGG and the RGPD, the data collected by ONE POOL will be used solely and exclusively for the purpose contained in the previous section and solely for the time necessary. ONE POOL reminds its users that the exercise of these rights corresponds only to the interested party, thus it would be necessary to provide a copy of the National Identity Document (Personal ID), passport, or any other document in accordance with the law that allows identifying and verifying the identity of the user.

ONE POOL commits itself to guaranteeing the duty of secrecy and confidentiality in the processing of the data collected by it, as well as installing all the means and technical measures at its disposal to avoid misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft thereof; all of this by adopting the security levels required in the RGPD and the LOPDGDD.
In spite of the aforementioned, ONE POOL reserves the right, for security purposes, to store user data on external servers that are experts in security, always in accordance with the guarantees of the law, for the sake of a more intense protection of said data.
